Hydroxy silicone oil
BT-Silicone 107 (OH), hydroxy silicone oil is an organosiloxane substance with hydroxyl groups at both ends of its molecule, which is synthesized by polymerization of siloxane monomers. It is also called hydroxyl terminated polydimethylsiloxane or OH polymer.
BT-Silicone 107 (OH) is a colorless transparent liquid with excellent electrical insulation, high and low temperature resistance, high flash point and low freezing point. It can be used for a long time under the condition of -50℃~+250℃. It has a low viscosity temperature coefficient, high compression rate, low surface tension, good hydrophobicity and moisture resistance, chemical inertness and physiological inertness.
Hydroxy silicone oil application
According to different viscosity and OH content, BT-Silicone 107 (OH), hydroxy silicone oil is widely used in construction, electronics, textile, paper making, cosmetics, plastics, printing, semiconductor and other industries.
BT-Silicone 107 (OH), called small-molecule hydroxy silicone oil, can replace diphenyl silanol and can be used as a structural control agent for silicone rubber processing. It can also be used for the waterproofing, softening and anti-sticking treatment of textiles, leather and paper.
BT-Silicone 107(OH)-MV and BT-Silicone 107(OH) can be used as the raw material for the base rubber of condensation RTV silicone rubber and other silicone products.
BT-Silicone 107 (OH) can be used as a sealant or component for insulators or insulating coatings in the semiconductor and electrical industries.
